Projects and Products developed by Osmond Ward and its team
Some of the things we've made:
This is the system we've put our hopes in. Osmond Ward v1.5 contains nearly 300 pages of content, including an Armory document with over 100 weapons, items, and armour types; the Greater Guide to noctis, containing 80+ pages on the setting and world as a whole in a more broad stroke; and the Player Creation Guide, containing absolutely anything needed to make and run a character.
This document is a massive collaboration between many of the staff and team who worked on Osmond Ward around the time of V1.4.5. Within this document is information related to the "branchlands" - a series of magical underground cities and deadly wilderness zones designed to destroy magic and electricity.
This is an older document of ours, but still more than usable. It's free, and details the main setting of Osmond Ward, the enigmatic Fann Province: A continent borne of the splitting of two unified landmasses, it is a land of innovation and development, as well as being the epicenter of a magical weapons detonation that ruined half the continent.
This document is on the smaller side, but it contains what we like to call an "Encounter" - a small scale quest or module, intended to be finished within 2 hours and built for 1-3 players. Encounters and Adventures tend to be free to play to allow us to bring in new players without making them pay to play.
The first adventure we ever put out! It's a fun little romp through a mining town that has encountered trouble with a local band of ghostly riders, working for an unknown adversary with an eldritch patron... Built for players up to level 3 with Osmond Ward v1.4 in mind, but still more than workable for groups of up to 3 players. Free!
The second adventure we ever put out. My first real attempt at a more complicated adventure, with two starting points and a variety of side content and optional encounters. Built for players up to level 3, run at multiple conventions for tables of up to 5 people. Totally free!
This is an example of what we like to call an "Adventure" - a self contained questline and module, occasionally voice acted, ranging for 1-6 sessions. Farvassen is a paid module with a fully voiced first act, built to be run over 6-8 hours of play time by 1-6 players.
